Lucio Cochanco, Jr., President
Sets out the vision for the company and steers the company to actualize that vision. Identifies the needs of and trends in the market, and leads the team in sourcing high quality yet affordable consumer and health care products. Represents the company here and abroad in all significant dealings and transactions.
Larry Cochanco, VP for Marketing
Serves as the company’s point person for the company’s marketing goals and strategies. Also identifies new markets and other business opportunities for Fly Ace products.
Elliz Cochanco, VP for Logistics
Manages stocks in the warehouse, and conducts inventory of supplies periodically. Receives deliveries from trading partners and ensures that delivery of merchandise to outlets is fast and efficient. Conducts quality control checks on delivered merchandise.
Ellen Cochanco, Vice President for Support Services
Oversees the implementation of office policy, and also the office operation. Manages the day-to-day affairs of the company. Attends to human resources' needs, and addresses employees' concerns.
THE FLYACE TEAM
Sales Team
Ensures the fast movement of stocks from shelf to consumers' households. Conducts visits to different outlets to see to it that Fly Ace products are visible in the selling area. Ensures proper implementation of all programs intended for the trade. Likewise provides leadership to the merchandising group.
Marketing Team
Leads the overall performance (sales, profitability, market shares, brand value) of core and exclusively-distributed products, and provides direction for the company portfolio. Plans and implements brand /product marketing strategies & programs.
Logistics Team
Handles the efficient delivery of products to and from the warehouse. Ensures that Fly Ace products are in good quality before they are dispatched to outlets for selling.
Support Services Team
Provides overall support to the team heads and their different teams. Keeps office operations running smoothly.
